US Bank Centre Building
Built in 1989 and designed by Callison Architecture, US Bank Centre building (formerly call the City Centre Building) has over 3 million sq ft of office space. The building is 44 stories tall, with 40 floors of offices over four floors of retail and lobby.
Callison Architecture was exceptionally kind to me when I started Michael R. Yantis Associates. I remember my initial meeting with Tony Callison. I got a flat tire on my way to the Callison offices and since I arrived early to our meeting, I told the receptionist I was going to fix my tire. (That seems an odd thing for me to do as I write this). I was in the middle of fixing my tire when Tony came outside to meet me. We chatted for a bit outside and then went in to talk. The conversation led to a project–a Hilton hotel remodel. Since then, I have had the pleasure of working on many projects with Callison Architecture, primarily hotels and office buildings.
