Madison Centre
The 37 story office building was developed by Schnitzer West. I served as the Principal in Charge of the acoustic design while at Stantec. Most of the acoustic work on high-rise office buildings is related to the mechanical systems noise and vibration, but Schnitzer West often includes large atriums, conference centers and fitness rooms in their projects. The 45 foot tall “Great Room” at Madison Centre serves as the dramatic entry with large glass walls and cozy seating areas that invite its occupants to gather for impromptu meetings.
